KEYS TO A HEALTHY DIET There are basically three keys to a healthy diet. They are variety, balance, and moderation . Variety means that all possible food items should be included in the diet. It is also believed that food items of all colors and textures should be eaten. Balance means that all food items should be consumed in balanced quantities.
