ABOU T THE AU THORS Rhonda Cooper has been Director of the University Art Gallery at the State University of New York at Stony Brook since 1983. An adjunct lecturer in Stony Brook’s Department of Art, Ms. Cooper received her MA in the History of Far Eastern Art from the University of Hawaii and currently teaches courses in both Asian art history and gallery management at Stony Brook. She previously taught Asian art history at the University of Bridgeport and the Art Institute of Boston and was curator of Asian Art at ˆe Dayton Art Institute.Ms. Cooper lives on Long Island, New York, with her co-author husband and their daughter Sara. JeŒrey Cooper is a freelance writer and editor. His books include several novels for teenagers and middle-readers, three Žlm novelizations, and a humorous guide to intergalactic romance.
