Think about something you love to do. It could be drawing or soccer. It could be going on a hike, watching a movie, or just hanging out with your best friend. It could be anything. Just picture yourself doing that activity. Think about how good you feel when you do it. Now picture yourself doing that same activity, but imagine the good feelings are not there.
