These topics are very much on the minds of Gen Z, and the time is right for an accessible and authoritative series. While it is possible for people’s sexual preferences and gender identity to change over time or depending on the environment, the series takes care so as not to invalidate what a teen may be feeling now. The guiding idea is that sexual preferences and gender identities can be fluid and are not restricted by labels.
