Sports Psychology
Even the best athletes can use some help setting goals. The help that sports psychologists provide is applicable to everyone, even those who aren’t nearly as good at hitting a ball or running a route. Techniques like reframing goals can help people who are frustrated by setbacks (since every pathway to a goal will have setbacks) so that they do not give up. Sports psychologists tell athletes to focus on what they can control: their training, their diet, and their attitude. That avoids being upset by events outside their control. It also creates a process that can help people set goals for the day, the week, the month, or the year to produce their desired results.
Imagine if you could instantly play an instrument just by picking it up.
